Inverted Chords on keyboard and piano and its Application

Chords can be inverted for easy movement of one chord to the other on the piano. Two inversions can be done for a chord. The following are the possible inversion for the six (6) primary chords on the piano(keyboard) giving in the earlier post.

CHORDS INVERSION

d:m:s m:s:d; s:d:m

r:f:l f:l:r; l:r:f

m:s:t s:t:m; t:m:s

f:l:d l:d:f; d:f:l

s:t:r t:r:s; r:s:t

l:d:m d:m:l; m:l:d

Instead of moving your hand a far distance during progression of songs on the keyboard or piano, you can use the nearest inverted chords to move your hands a short distance on the keyboard(piano). For example the movement from 1st chord→4th chord 5th→1st chord which is played as d:m:s→f:l:d→s:t:r→d:m:s can either be played using inverted chords on the piano as

d:m:s→ d:f:l→ t:r:s→ d:m:s or

m:s:d → f:l:d → s:t:r → s:d:m or

s:d:m → l:d:f → s:t:r or t:r:s → s:d:m etc.

ASSINGMENT4: To be done for a week
